Life’s Most Important Decision

Have you ever thought about your relationship with God? Do you know what the Bible reveals about how you can have a personal relationship with Him? Please take a few moments and consider carefully what God says in His Word about how you can have the assurance of Salvation.

  • We have a serious problem that separates us from God

“… for all have sinned and fall short of the  glory of God…” Romans 3:23

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

“…because by the works of the Law no flesh shall be justified in His sight…” Romans 3:20

  • God has made provision for our problem through His Son

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

“He [Jesus] who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and was raise because of our justification.” Romans 4:25

  • In order to be saved, we must personally respond to Jesus

“…that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved…” Romans 10:9

“…for whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13

  • God makes a wonderful promise to those who believe

“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ…” Romans 5:1

Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus is your Son, that He died for my sins and was raised from the dead so that I might be forgiven and have eternal life. I turn from my sins, and I turn to Jesus. Lord Jesus, please come into my life and be my Lord and Savior. Help me to live for You, and one day take me home to Heaven. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
